Ingredients

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST LAYER

1 c
graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp
brown sugar
1/4 tsp
cinnamon
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 c
melted butter

CHEESE CAKE LAYER

8 oz
cream cheese, room temp.
1/2 c
sugar
1/2 c
sour cream
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
lemon or orange zest

OPTIONAL BLUEBERRY TOPPING

1 can(s)
20 oz blueberry pie filling
1/4 tsp
pure almond extract

Directions Step-By-Step

Graham Cracker Crust - combine all of the graham cracker crust ingredients, put about 3 TBSP each into 6 half-pint canning jars.

Cheese cake layer - place all of the cheesecake ingredients in the bowl of a mixer, whip until smooth and fluffy. divide evenly among the 6 canning jars over the graham curst layer.

Blueberry layer(or any flavor you like to top your cheesecake with) - mix fruit filling with extract and divide evenly among the 6 jars over the cheesecake layer.

place lids on jars and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Optional - add a dollop of whipped cream to the tops of the jars and sprinkle with a little nutmeg! ENJOY!!
