Watergate Salad

This is a great dish to have on hand when company drops by unexpected and makes a cool, refreshing desert in the summer. My moma used to make this during the holidays because the "green" color was pretty for Christmas.

Ingredients

2 box
pudding, pistachio
1 can(s)
crushed pineapple, drained
1
container of cool whip
marshmallows, mini
1 c
chopped pecans

Step-By-Step

1In a medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix and cool whip. Stir until well blended.
2Add drained pineapple, marshmellows and pecans to pudding mixture. Blend together.
3I really don't know the correct amount of marshmellows to add, we just always put the amount we want or have a taste for.
