1. Beat cream cheese till soft with electric mixer-add marshmallow cream and beat till mixed well. put in refrigerator to cool.
2. Wash strawberries and law on towel to dry. when dry, use a small paring knife, I like to use a pampered chef and cut stem from strawberry and hollow out a small portion of inside of strawberry. Continue until all strawberries are done.
Line a large cookie sheet with paper towels. Put the cream cheese/mm crème filling in a Ziploc freezer bag(I use the freezer bag as it is much more durable)and cut one corner of to give it a small hole-now start filling the strawberries. Lay each strawberry on cookie sheet so that they are not touching each other. When all strawberries are filled, use another Ziploc bag(freezer kind)put half the chocolate chips in a bag and slowly microwave to melt chocolate-I start at 30 seconds-squeeze to help dissolve-do another 30 seconds until all chocolate is melted. then cut a tiny corner off the bag and drizzle each strawberry with milk chocolate...repeat the chocolate step with the white chocolate and then again with milk chocolate. when finished refrigerate. Service within 6 hours. Simple and delicious!
