Cherry Marshmallow Dessert By Freda

- 2 1/2 c
- graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c
- butter, softened
- 1/4 c
- brown sugar
- 1 c
- whipping cream, ( may substitute cool whip)
- 1 tsp
- pure vanilla extract
- 2 c
- mini marshmallows
- 2 c
- cherry pie filling ( add more if you desire)
Preheat Oven @ 350 degrees
Step one Ingredients; Mix in Medium Bowl.
Set aside 1 cup
The remaining Mixture Press in 9 X 13 baking dish.
Bake for 5 Minutes.
Whip cream in a small bowl until stiff.
Fold in Vanilla.
Spread over the Crumb Mixture above.
Sprinkle Mini Marshmallows over step 2, Whipped Cream.
Cover Step 3 (Mini Marshmallows) with Pie Filling.
Sprinkle reserved Cup of Crumb Mixture over Pie Filling. Press down Lightly.
Chill several Hrs or Over Night.
Serves 8-10 in 9 x 13 dish.
Kitchen Helper tip:
you can use any of your Favorite Pie Fillings; Raspberry, Blueberry, Etc. instead of Cherry.
