Heat oven to 375 degree's. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Toast coconut in oven until light brown. Watch and stir so it doesn't over brown. Remove from parchment in to a bowl. Use parchment lined pan for cookies.
Mix butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar.
In another bowl combine the flour with baking soda and salt. Whisking together well.
To the sugar butter mixture add the eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Do not beat.
Mix the flour mixture in to sugar butter mixture. Combine well. Stir in choc. Chips, Toffee, coconut and nuts.
Drop on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake about 10-12 minutes, or until edges are browned. Cool and remove to rack.
