Ingredients For foolproof dark chocolate fudge

3 c18 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips

1 can14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

dash of salt

1/2-1 cchopped nuts

1 1/2 tspvanilla extract
How To Make foolproof dark chocolate fudge

1In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into aluminum foil lined 8 or 9 inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

2MICROWAVE METHOD: In 1 quart glass measure with handle, combine chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Cook on 100% power (high) 3 minutes or until chips melt, stirring after each 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Proceed as above.
