1 c6 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips, melted
How To Make decadent coconut macaroons

1Preheat oven to 325. Lightly grease and flour or line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Combine coconut, sugar, flour, and salt in large bowl. Beat in egg whites and vanilla with electric mixer at medium speed until blended.

2Drop batter by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 20 minutes or until set and edges are lightly browned. Remove to wire racks; cool completely. Dip cookies in melted chocolate; let stand until set.
