3/4 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspbaking soda

1 clight brown sugar, packed

1/2 cbutter, softened

1/2 clight or regular sour cream

2 tspgrated orange zest, or more to taste

1 tspvanilla extract

1 csalted cashews, chopped

1 pkg(6 oz.) dried cranberries, chopped

How To Make cranberry cashew jumbles

1Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

2Whisk flour, baking powder, and baking soda together, in a bowl.

3Beat brown sugar and butter together, in a bowl, using an electric mixer, on medium speed, until smooth and creamy; add sour cream, egg, orange zest, and vanilla ext., and beat, until well mixed.

4Stir flour mixture into brown sugar mixture, until dough is smooth. Fold cashews and cranberries into dough; drop by rounded teaspoonsful, 2 inches apart, onto prepared baking sheets.

5Bake, until lightly browned, 10-12 minutes. Cool on the pans for 10 minutes, before removing to cool completely on a wire rack. Makes about 48 cookies. GLAZE: Whisk powdered sugar and orange juice together, in a bowl, until glaze is smooth. Drizzle glaze over cookies.
