Ingredients For coconut blondies

  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 2/3 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1 c
    chopped toasted pecans
  • 3/4 c
    flaked coconut, lightly packed
  • 3/4 c
    unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 2
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make coconut blondies

    Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13x9 inch baking pan. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in large bowl. Add brown sugar, pecans, and coconut; mix well. Make well in center of dry ingredients. Pour in butter, eggs, and vanilla; stir just until moistened.

    Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
