2 call purpose flour

1 1/2 Tbspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1 2/3 cpacked brown sugar

1 cchopped toasted pecans

3/4 cflaked coconut, lightly packed

3/4 cunsalted butter, melted and cooled

2eggs, lightly beaten

1 tspvanilla
How To Make coconut blondies

1Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13x9 inch baking pan. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in large bowl. Add brown sugar, pecans, and coconut; mix well. Make well in center of dry ingredients. Pour in butter, eggs, and vanilla; stir just until moistened.

2Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
