Ingredients

1-1/2 c
flour
3/4 c
powdered sugar
1/2 c
cake flour
1 c
butter, softened
1/2 tsp
cinnamon

TOPPING

1 Tbsp
sugar
1/8 tsp
cinnamon

Step-By-Step

1Combine all shortbread ingredients in large bowl.
Beat at low speed just until soft dough forms (4 to 6 minutes).
DO NOT OVERMIX.

2Press dough evenly onto bottom of lightly greased 13 X 9 inch baking pan.

3Stir together all topping ingredients in small bowl; sprinkle over shortbread. Prick dough all over with fork.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
Cool slightly on wire rack; cut into bars while still warm.
