- FOR THE CREAMY BROWNIE FROSTING

3 Tbspbutter, softened

3 Tbspunsweetened cocoa

1 Tbsplight corn syrup or honey

1/2 tspvanilla
-
1 cpowdered sugar

1-2 Tbspmilk
How To Make best brownies

1Blend oil or melted butter, sugar, and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, using a spoon, beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; gradually blend into egg mixture. Stir in nuts.

2Spread in greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan. Cool; frost with Creamy Brownie Frosting. Cut into squares.

3For Creamy Brownie Frosting: Cream butter, cocoa, corn syrup or honey, and vanilla in small mixer bowl. Add powdered sugar and milk; beat to spreading consistency.
