Just a pinch of cayenne pepper and sea salt, makes this 9x13 inch pan of brownies so good!! So chocolaty they don't need any frosting!!

Ingredients

10 Tbsp
butter, unsalted
1 c
cocoa powder
3 1/4 c
sugar
3 1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1 pinch
cayenne pepper
4
eggs
1 Tbsp
vanilla extract
2 c
flour
1/2 tsp
sea salt
1 1/4 c
bittersweet chocolate chips

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350* Butter or spray a 9x13 inch pan. Line pan with parchment paper,leaving a 1 inch overhang on 2 sides.

2Melt butter and stir in cocoa powder till smooth. In a large bowl combine sugar, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Stir in cocoa and butter mixture.

3Add eggs to mixture beating until just combined. Stir in vanilla. Mix in flour with salt, until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

4Pour into pan and bake 35-40 min. cool on wire rack.. (p.s.) they will cut easier if you place cooled brownies in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour or so... Enjoy!
