Banana and peanut butter slices

1Place half of the sliced bananas evenly on baking parchment on a tray.
2Spread with peanut butter and top with remaining banana slices, then freeze for a hour or two.
3Now either melt your chocolate and spoon over bananas then freeze again. Alternatively, eat as they are.
4You can vary this recipe. Try putting melted chocolate between the slices, or nutella, or strawberry slices and cover with white chocolate.
