Mix cake mix, egg whites, oil and water. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Allow to cool completely before frosting!
While cake is cooling mix whipping cream, butter flavor and sugar with hand or stand mixer, until peaks form. Evenly sprinkle pecans on cake. Drizzle caramel topping over pecans. You can go more or less here. I prefer a little more myself. :) then just spread that awesome whipped topping over entire cake! Don't forget this needs to be refrigerated!! Enjoy this light and satisfying delight!
Add a little extra drizzle of caramel to the top of the cake when serving!
