While this cake is baking, you'll think of fall. The aroma is so good, you may be tempted to bake a cake each day. Thanks to the apples, this cake is very moist. I loved the apple/cinnamon flavor in each bite. The caramel drizzle tops this cake perfectly!

Ingredients

1 box
pumpkin cake mix, prepare as directed on box
1 medium
apple, peeled and chopped into small size chunks
1/2 -3/4 c
cinnamon chips
1 c
caramel bits (melts for baking), can use caramels
2 tsp
water

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350. Mix cake mix as directed on the box.
2Stir in apple chunks and cinnamon chips. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
3Cook for about 40-45 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes in pan, then turn out onto serving platter.
4Melt caramel with water in microwave until pouring/drizzling consistency. Pour over cooled cake.
