Ingredients For no bake chocolate cake roll

1 pkg3.5 ounces instant vanilla pudding and pie filling

3 Tbspcocoa, divided

1 cmilk

3 1/2 c(8 ounce container) frozen non dairy whipped topping, thawed and divided

1 pkg8 1/2 ounces chocolate wafers (about 42)
How To Make no bake chocolate cake roll

1In small mixer bowl, combine pudding mix and 2 tablespoons cocoa. Add milk; beat on low speed until smooth and thickened. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping; blend well. Spread about 1 tablespoon pudding mixture onto each chocolate wafer.

2On foil, stack wafers on edges to form one long roll. Wrap tightly; chill at least 5 hours or overnight. Sift remaining 1 tablespoons cocoa over remaining 2 1/2 cups whipped topping; blend well. Cover; chill until just before serving. Unwrap roll; place on serving tray. Spread reserved whipped topping mixture over entire roll.

3To serve, cut diagonally in slices. Store, covered, in refrigerator. Garnish, as desired.
