No Bake Cheesecake

You can't get any easier than this no fail, no bake recipe.

Cheesecake can be easily frozen. Wrap either the whole cake or half tightly in plastic wrap then aluminum foil. It can stay frozen for up to two months. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Individual slices can be placed on a tray lined with either wax paper or parchment and placed in the freezer. When completely frozen wrap in plastic then aluminum foil. To defrost unwrap a slice and microwave on the defrost cycle for 45 seconds to one minute. Let rest five minutes before eating

Ingredients

9 inch graham cracker pie crust
12 oz
pkg. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c
sour cream
1 c
powdered sugar
1 tsp
vanilla

Step-By-Step

1In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until fluffy.
2Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth
Pour into crust
3Refrigerate at least one hour
