1 small box lemon pudding mix (not instant)
Prepare cake mix per package directions and bake in a 9x13 pan.
Meanwhile, stir jello into 3/4 cup boiling water until dissolved and stir in 1/2 cup cold water. Set aside.
After cake cools 20 minutes, poke holes over top with meat fork and slowly pour jello over.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Prepare pudding mix per package directions and refrigerate to cool. Spread over cake and top with cool whip.
