Ingredients

5 c
water
4 c
water
3 lb
sugar (6 1/4 cups)
1 oz
vanilla (2 tablespoons)
12 Tbsp
freeze dried coffee (3/4 cup)
26 oz
vodka

Directions Step-By-Step

Boil 5 cups of water and the sugar in one pot for 20 minutes.

Boil 4 cups of water and the coffee in another pot for 10 minutes.

Mix the coffee and sugar waters together in a large container and allow to cool. When cooled add the vanilla and vodka.

Use for coffee and Kahlua, as a topping on ice cream or in any drink or dessert recipe that calls for Kahlua.
