- freeze dried coffee (3/4 cup)

1Boil 5 cups of water and the sugar in one pot for 20 minutes.
2Boil 4 cups of water and the coffee in another pot for 10 minutes.
3Mix the coffee and sugar waters together in a large container and allow to cool. When cooled add the vanilla and vodka.
4Use for coffee and Kahlua, as a topping on ice cream or in any drink or dessert recipe that calls for Kahlua.
