butter, melted
3 c
fresh cranberries
1 c
sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
3 c
flour
1 Tbsp
plus 1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
sugar

beaten eggs
6 Tbsp
melted butter
1 1/2 c
milk

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. If browning too quick, I turn oven down to 400. Use your own judgement.

Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.

Combine 6 tablespoons melted butter, cinnamon and 1 cup sugar together, then stir in the cranberries.

Spread berries, evenly into prepared dish. Set aside.

In a large bowl, Sift the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder.

In another bowl, add beaten eggs, milk, vanilla and 6 tablespoons of melted butter.

Combine the milk mixture with the dry ingredients and stir only until combined.

Spread evenly over cranberries.

Place in oven and bake for 20 -25 minutes or until pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

Cool on rack and serve with whipped cream, or ice cream.
