Ingredients For fudge truffle cheesecake

    chocolate crumb crust
  • 3 pkg
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can
    14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 c
    12 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make fudge truffle cheesecake

    Preheat oven to 300. Prepare chocolate crust: in medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (about 45 wafers), 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa and 1/3 cup butter, melted. Press firmly on bottom of 9 inch spring-form pan.

    In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Garnish, as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
