Ingredients For easy pumpkin cake

1 pkg18 1/2 ounces regular yellow cake mix

4 tsppumpkin pie spice

2 tspbaking soda

1 3/4 c16 ounces pumpkin

1/4 cwater
-
1/4 cvegetable oil

3eggs
-
1 csemisweet chocolate mini chips

chocolate glaze (below)

chopped nuts (optional)
How To Make easy pumpkin cake

1Combine dry cake mix, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, pumpkin, water, oil, and eggs in large mixer bowl; beat on low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed until smooth. Stir in mini chips. Pour into greased and floured 12 cup Bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. Drizzle with Chocolate Glaze and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

2For Chocolate Glaze: Combine 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons water in small saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; immediately add 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, stirring until melted. Continue stirring until glaze is desired consistency.
