- 1 c
- powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp
- cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp
- water, or more to make a glaze
- oil for frying
- 10 count pkg refrigerated biscuits, like pillsbury
1In small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, cocoa powder and water, set aside.
2Heat oil in deep skillet, over med-high heat. Separate biscuits. Using an apple corer, cut out a circle in center of each biscuit. Cook donuts in oil, in batches for 1 mins per side.
3Drain on paper towels, dip in glaze, let set. Drop donut balls into oil and fry 1 -2 mins. Drain on paper towels, dip in glaze.
