- 4-serving size pkg strawberry gelatin mix
- 1 pkg
- white cake mix, mixed as directed
- container cream cheese frosting
- 3 Tbsp
- strawberry preserves
- fresh strawberries for garnish
1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. Stir dry gelatin mix into cake mix. Pour batter into pan. Bake as directed on cake box.
2In bowl, stir together frosting and preserves. Spread frosting onto cooled cake.
