1In a small bowl add the butter,milk and the 50grams of coarsely chopped chocolate.Placed the bowl over a saucepan of water.When the water has boiled and the ingredients have melted,stir to combine,remove from heat and set aside to cool.
2Add the egg,sugar and salt to a mixing bowl(Stand mixer)and beat until foamy.Add the cooled butter,milk,chocolate mixture and beat to combine.
3Sieve the flour,baking powder and grated almonds into another bowl.Add the flour,baking powder,grated almonds to the ingredients in mixer bowl.Beat one or two minutes then add finely chopped chocolate.Mixing until combined.
4Place the mixture in a small baking pan approximately 7 inches long/4 inches wide.In a preheated oven 356F bake cake for about 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
