Preheat oven to 350; grease and flour one tube pan or 2 small loaf pans.
Dredge candied orange peel in flour.
In large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil and orange extract. Beat on medium until well blended.
Mix in candied fruit and pour into prepared pan(s).
Bake 1hr, check center with a toothpick.
Glaze: Combine powdered sugar and orange juice; drizzle onto cooled cake.
