Ingredients For chocolate chip crater cake

2 call purpose biscuit baking mix

1/4 csugar

2/3 cmilk
-
1egg
-
1 tspvanilla

1 csemi sweet chocolate chips

topping mix (below)
- FOR TOPPING MIX

1/4 csugar
-
1/4 cpacked dark brown sugar

1/4 cpackaged all purpose biscuit baking mix

1/4 cbutter, softened

1 tspground cinnamon
How To Make chocolate chip crater cake

1Heat oven to 350. Grease 8 inch square baking pan. In large mixer bowl, combine biscuit mix, sugar, milk, egg, and vanilla; beat on low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed until smooth.

2Pour 1/2 of batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over batter. Top with remaining batter, completely covering chips. Sprinkle Topping Mix evenly over batter. Bake 25-30 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly. Cool completely.

3For Topping Mix: In small bowl, combine all ingredients.
