Ingredients For chocolate chip crater cake

  • 2 c
    all purpose biscuit baking mix
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    semi sweet chocolate chips
  • topping mix (below)
  • FOR TOPPING MIX
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    packaged all purpose biscuit baking mix
  • 1/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon

How To Make chocolate chip crater cake

    Heat oven to 350. Grease 8 inch square baking pan. In large mixer bowl, combine biscuit mix, sugar, milk, egg, and vanilla; beat on low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed until smooth.

    Pour 1/2 of batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over batter. Top with remaining batter, completely covering chips. Sprinkle Topping Mix evenly over batter. Bake 25-30 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly. Cool completely.

    For Topping Mix: In small bowl, combine all ingredients.
