Ingredients For chocolate chip cheesecake

1 cfinely crushed creme filled chocolate sandwich cookies (about 18 cookies)

2-3 Tbspmargarine or butter, melted

3(8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1(14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

3eggs
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
1 cmini chocolate chips

1 tspflour
How To Make chocolate chip cheesecake

1Preheat oven to 300. Combine crumbs and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9 inch springform pan or 13x9 inch baking pan.

2In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.

3In small bowl, toss ½ cup chips with flour to coat; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chips evenly over top.

4Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until set. Turn oven off and allow cheesecake to cool in oven. Chill. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.

5Tip: For best distribution of chips throughout cheesecake, do not over soften or overbeat cream cheese.
