Moist Chocolate Cake In A Jiffy!

Had a hankering for chocolate cake, but wasn't wanting to dabble in frosting today, so I made my friend Linda's recipe. She usually only served this with fresh whipped cream.

I also like the ease of this cake, a one bowl recipe...no eggs either.

Ingredients

3 c
flour
2 c
sugar
2/3 c
vegetable oil
1/2 c
unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp
white vinegar
2 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
vanilla
2 c
cold water

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with non stick cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix until well blended on med high of hand mixer.
2Pour in prepared cake can and bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
3Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
