- yellow cake mix / reserve 3/4 cup
- 2 - 3 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - enough to be able to press out into pan
- 2 - 8 oz
- cream cheese - softened
- 1/2 c

- lemon juice

- 1 large
- can - cherry pie filling ( i use two )
In a medium sized bowl, combine cake mix ( after reserving 3/4 cup ) with 1 egg and oil.
Press into bottom and somewhat up the sides of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Set aside.
Bake for 50 - 55 minutes or until set and beginning to become golden around edges.
