- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 large eggs, divided
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 18.25 oz
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened, 8 oz
- 1 pkg. powdered sugar, 16 oz
1Preheat oven to 325. Mix pecans, butter, 1 egg and cake mix, stirring til well blended; press into bottom of a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
2Beat remaining 2 eggs, cream cheese and powdered sugar at medium speed with mixer til smooth. Pour over cake mix layer.
3Bake at 325 for 40 minutes or til set. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
