Ingredients For whole wheat cookies

1/2 cbutter, softened

1/2 cpeanut butter
-
1/2 choney
-
1egg
-
1 tspvanilla

1 cwhole wheat flour
-
1/2 cnonfat dry milk powder

1/2 ctoasted wheat germ

1 tspbaking soda
How To Make whole wheat cookies

1In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter, and honey. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with a fork dipped in sugar. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
