Ingredients

1 pkg
12 oz. vanilla wafers
1/2 lb
ground almonds
4 oz
white chocolate
1/4 c
tequila, for me i will use patron
1/4 c
orange marmalade
2 Tbsp
light corn syrup
sugar for rolling and coating the balls

Step-By-Step

1Crush the vanilla wafers into crumbs along with the ground almonds.
2Melt the white chocolate according to the directions on the package.
3In a blender, process tequila, orange marmalade and light corn syrup until smooth.
4Stir in the melted white chocolate and into crumb mixture.
5Shape into 1-inch balls and coat with sugar.
6Store in the refrigerator. The tequila balls taste better after a day or so.
