1/2 cbutter, softened

1 cpacked brown sugar

3 Tbspsour cream

1/2 tsplemon extract

1/2 tspvanilla

1 3/4 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspcream of tartar

1 tspground ginger

1/4 tspsalt
How To Make soft lemon ginger cookies

1Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, sour cream, and extracts. Combine the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, ginger, and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.

2Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately remove to wire racks to cool.
