Ingredients For soft ginger puffs

1/2 cbutter, softened

3/4 csugar

3eggs

1 cmolasses

1 csour cream

3 1/2 call purpose flour

2 tspground ginger

1 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 tspeach ground allspice, cinnamon, and nutmeg

1 1/2 craisins
-
1 1/2 cchopped walnuts
How To Make soft ginger puffs

1In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in molasses and sour cream. Combine the flour, ginger, baking soda, allspice, cinnamon, and nutmeg; gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in raisins and walnuts.

2Drop by tablespoonfuls 1 inch apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes or until the edges begin to brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
