You don't have to be a girl scout to enjoy the wonderful taste of this famed dessert. I was just kind of experiencing in the kitchen when I came up; with this. I had no idea how it would taste but my grandkids finished it off before I could get a picture of it so it must have been pretty good. The picture I have on here is not the dessert. I will post one the next time I make it.
jars of marshmallow cream
cream cheese 8oz ea, softened
tub of koolwhip
milk chocolate icing, melted in microwave
1Layer a 9x13" pan with graham crackers. Completely cover bottom. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy, add the koolwhip and marshmallow cream. Beat until smooth. Divide in half. Layer the crackers with half of the marshmallow filling. Pour one the cans of icing over the top (melted), Over the chocolate, layer another with graham crackers and then the other half of the marshmallow filling. Finish with another layers of crackers and the other can of melted chocolate icing. Refrigerate.
