Pumpkin Butterscotch Cookies

line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and butter the parchment.
in a mixing bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
in the bowl of a stand mixer combine eggs and sugar.
add pumpkin, vanilla and oil. slowly add the dry ingredients until just combined, then fold in the butterscotch chips.
dollop batter by the 1/4 cup onto cookie sheets. smooth and bake 16 minutes.
cool cookies on the baking sheets for 5 minutes then transfer to racks to cool completely.
