Ingredients

1 c
butter
1 c
brown sugar
1 c
sugar
2
eggs
1 tsp
baking soda
2 c
flour
1 tsp
vanilla
1 c
chopped nuts
1 pkg
(6 ounces) butterscotch or chocolate chips
2 c
crushed potato chips

Step-By-Step

1Cream butter, sugars and eggs, and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to butter-sugar mixture.
Add butterscotch chips, nuts and crushed potato chips.

2Drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies brown lightly. Cool 1 minute on baking sheet, before removing to wire rack to cool.
