Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place crackers on a non-stick cookie sheet. Mix together the rest of the above ingredients and place 1 teaspoon amount on each cracker. Bake for approx. 5 min. depending on your oven till it melts all over crackers. Cool real well on a baking rack before placing them in an airtight container. They keep for about 3 weeks. If leftover filling or to make ahead it can be frozen for later use for 2 months.
