Moist and delicious fall cookie.

Ingredients

1 c
persimmon pulp
1/2 c
margarine
1
egg
1 c
sugar
1/4 c
brown sugar
2 c
flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
cloves
1/2 tsp
nutmeg
1 c
chopped walnuts
1/2 c
raisins

Directions Step-By-Step

Cream first 5 ingredients, until fluffy.
Add sifted dry ingredients. Mix in nuts and raisins.

Bake 375 degrees for 10-12 min.

Looks like a winner, thanks for sharing it. I am bogged down with persimmons right now. No complaints as I've been under a ton of stress lately and my "medicine" for stress is baking. This is definitely going to be first on my list!
