1 cpb&co’s dark chocolate dreams peanut butter

1 cpacked brown sugar

1egg
-
1/2 tsppeppermint extract (or vanilla extract)
- FOR THE TOPPING

1/4 cpb&co’s dark chocolate dreams peanut butter

1regular peppermint candy cane, crushed
How To Make peppermint & dark chocolate pb thumbprint cookies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment or silicone baking mat. Set aside.

2In large bowl, blend peanut butter with sugar, egg and extract until combined. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheet (I used a small cookie scoop). Bake 10 minutes, until cookies have slightly flattened and are not shiny. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes on baking sheet.

3Press thumb into the center of the warm cookie or use the back of a utensil to create an indentation. Spoon in 1/2 teaspoon nutella into hole and sprinkle with crushed candy cane. Serve.
