Ingredients

1 pkg	oreo cookie [350 g]
1 1/2 c	whipping cream
2	egg yolks
	yolks can be omitted if you're uncomfortable using raw yolks
1 tsp	vanilla extract
1	oreo pie crust [in baking aisle with prepared graham cracker pie crust]

Crush Oreo cookies

For pie crust; use either:

Use prepared oreo cookie pie crust

or

Crush cookies and spinkle a few on the bottom of a glass pie crust pr cake pan

Whip cream

In another bowl, mix egg yolks and vanilla

Slowly add egg yolk mixture to whipped cream

Combine with crushed Oreos

Pour into pie crust/cake pan

Freeze [1 hr 15 min or until frozen]

Remove 20 minutes before serving
