Oatmeal Peanutbutter Chocolate Chip Cookies

My 3 favorite cookies rolled into one! I love, love, love these! So do family and friends. (Bob's Red Mill makes gluten free oats and I use those. They are just like regular uncooked oats just not exposed to flour.)

Ingredients

1/2 c
butter softened
1 18 oz jar(s)
chunky peanut butter
1 1/2 c
sugar
1 1/2 c
firmly packed brown sugar
4 large
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla
6 c
quick cooking uncooked oats
2 1/2 tsp
baking soda
1 c
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips

Step-By-Step

1Beat butter and peanut butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy
2gradually add sugars beating well
3add eggs and vanilla mixing well
4combine oats and baking soda mix well in a separate bowl
5add to butter mixture, mix well
6Stir in chocolate chips
7Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets
8Bake at 350 for 9 - 10 minutes
9Cool on cookie sheets at least 5 minutes remove to wire rack to cool completely
