Ingredients For oatmeal crispies

1 cunsalted butter

3/4 csugar

3/4 cbrown sugar

1 tspvanilla

2large eggs
-
2 cflour
-
2 cold- fashioned rolled oats

1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/4 cmilk
-
1 cchopped walnuts

1 cdried fruit or chips, chocolate or butterscotch
How To Make oatmeal crispies

1Cream the butter and sugars together until they are light and fluffy. Add the vanilla and eggs and best until the mixture is light.

2Thoroughly combine the flour, oats, salt. baking powder and baking soda. Add about 1 cup to the butter mixture. Blend in the milk and then the remaining dry ingredients. Fold in the nuts.

3Drop the dough from a teaspoon onto parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, or until the edges and tops are beginning to brown.
