I wanted to change up my oatmeal cookies by using cranberries. Well, they sure turned out yummy! Hope that you give them a try!

Ingredients For oatmeal cranberry cookies

  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 3 c
    oats (quick or old fashioned)
  • 1 c
    dried cranberries

How To Make oatmeal cranberry cookies

    In a bowl, combine the flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.
  • Ingredients mixed together.

    In another bowl, beat the butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Add flour mixture, mix well. Stir in the oats and cranberries, mix again.
  • Using a small scoop.

    Drop by the rounded teaspoon (I used a small cookie scoop) onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Resting for 1 minute on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 11 to 13 minutes, until golden brown. Cool for 1 minute on cookie sheet before cooling on rack. Enjoy!!
