Being Italian and growing up with Nutella, this has been a blessing in having an excuse to find ways to eat more Nutella! A packed yummy cookie. Decadent and Heavenly using my favorite spread, Nutella! You could use half the chips and add some hazelnuts. Also using a couple teaspoons of espresso powder to give it a mocha kick!

Ingredients

1 jar(s)
nutella (375 gr.)
2 1/2 c
flour
1 c
semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 c
white chocolate morsels
1/3 c
milk
2
eggs
1/2 c
sugar
1/2 stick
butter softened
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
pure vanilla extract

Step-By-Step

1In bowl with mixer add all the wet ingredients: soft butter, eggs, the entire jar of Nutella and the sugar. Mix all ingredients well.
2In a separate bowl, add the flour, the salt, the baking soda and all the chocolate morsels. Mix everything well with a spoon.
3Mix the vanilla extract and the milk and add to wet ingredients.
4Add dry ingredients in increments until mixture is well amalgamated.
5Refrigerate the dough for about two hours. This will make dough easier to roll into ball.
6Roll the dough into balls the size of a golf ball and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet (do not grease) about 1 1/2 inches apart.
7Bake for 8-10 mins. at 375F.
