This recipe has special meaning as I acquired this when I was working. The coworker and dear friend shared this recipe with me when we had a holiday carry-in. This truly is a holiday favorite of my family and is so easy to make. Please stand guard over the cookies as you may see them disappear before your eyes (only if you want enough to serve to family and friends)
Cookie Dough: Mix cream cheese, butter and flour. Mix well, take a spoon full of dough and roll into a ball, after rolling dough into balls put in refrigerator to chill.
As dough is chilling make your filing.
Take your crushed nuts, sugar and milk and mix together well.
Roll your dough balls in powdered sugar and roll out. Drop some filling on the flattened dough and roll up. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when half cool
