Ingredients

LAYER #1

1/2 c
butter
1/4 c
sugar
1/4 c
cocoa powder
1
egg,beaten
1 1/2 c
graham cracker crumbs
1 c
coconut
1/2 c
walnuts

LAYER #2

1/2 c
butter
3 Tbsp
heavy cream
2 Tbsp
vanilla pudding mix
2 c
icing sugar*

LAYER #3

1 c
semi sweet chocolate
1 Tbsp
butter

*ICING SUGAR IS REALLY CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR

Directions Step-By-Step

Layer #1:

In a double boiler,melt the butter,sugar and cocoa powder. Fold in the egg. Stir until thickened, then remove at once from heat. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Press into a 9x9 inch pan.

Layer #2:

Cream together the butter,cream and pudding mix. Fold in the sugar. Beat until very light. Pour on top of the cookie crust.

Layer #3:

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate. Fold in the butter. Cool. Pour onto second layer. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut and serve.
