1/4 c	flour
3/4 tsp	cinnamon
1/2 tsp	baking powder
1/2 tsp	baking soda
1/2 tsp	salt
1/2 c	butter, softened
1/2 c	sugar
1/2 c	brown sugar, firmly packed
3	eggs
1 tsp	pure vanilla extract
1 c	milk chocolate chips
1/2 c	chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In large bowl, combine 1st 6 ingredients; mix well.

In another bowl, beat butter & sugars until creamy. Beat in eggs & vanilla; mix well. Stir in oats, chips & pecans. Drop by Tbsp 2" apart. Bake 16 minutes.
