Ingredients For mint chocolate chip cookies

1 pouchbetty crocker sugar cookie mix or chocolate chip cookie mix

1/2 cbutter, room temperature

1/2 tspmint extract
-
8 dropsgreen food coloring

1 x lgegg
-
1 cmint chocolate chips
-
1 csemi-sweet chocolate chunks
How To Make mint chocolate chip cookies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2In large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter, extract, food coloring & egg until soft dough forms. Stir in mint baking chips & chocolate chunks.

3Using small ice cream scoop or tsp, drop dough 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

4Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until set. Cool 3 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Serve warm or cool completely. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

5IF YOU CAN'T FIND MINT CHOCOLATE CHIPS: Just pour the amount of regular chocolate chips in a resealable plastic baggie. Add 1/2 tsp mint extract, let sit overnight; turning occasionally.
